Myerscough Shotokan Karate Club now here at Catforth Village Hall
Tuesday and Thursday Evenings 6.30pm – 8.00pm
Karate training for all ages, 7 years and above – complete novice to advanced practitioner welcome.
Fully qualified Male and Female KUGB Instructors with current DBS Certification.
Regular training will improve:
Flexibility, Self Confidence, Discipline and Respect for self and others.
